Het nieuwe jaar trappen we af met de onthulling van de AirPlay Champion van de laatste maand van 2024. Terwijl de kerstklassiekers de ether vulden (de helft van onze Top 20 bestaat uit kerstliedjes!), wist deze kampioen zich te onderscheiden met een track die niet per se iets met kerst te maken heeft.
 

 

Teddy Swims’ Bad Dreams op #1 in de Airplay Top 20 van december 2024

De Amerikaanse zanger Teddy Swims heeft de harten van muziekliefhebbers opnieuw veroverd. Radiostations wereldwijd draaien zijn Bad Dreams, een mix van soul, pop en R&B, grijs. In Nederland zijn het vooral de publieke en regionale stations waar de plaat veel te horen was. Ook in Vlaanderen is de track populair. Hiermee staat Teddy stevig op nummer 1 in de Airplay Top 20 van december 2024.
